This year, Festa Italiana is celebrating it’s 40th year in sharing all the wonderful aspects of Italian culture with the Milwaukee community. The event will take place this weekend, July 21st until July 23rd at the Summerfest grounds. If you get your ticket before Thursday, it’s only $10 each!
You will LOVE the attractions and events they have at this year’s festival. All weekend long, take Gondola rides to “spark a little love”! Taking a gondola ride at Festa Italiana is the best way to relax after walking around the festival or to get a prime spot for fireworks. You don’t have to be on a gondola to enjoy the nightly fireworks, but it sure is a great place to view them!
One of the most talked about attractions at Festa Italiana is the Festa Mass and Procession that will take place on Sunday, July 23rd. The Mass will begin at 11 am and it marks 50 years after Our Lady of Pompeii Church in the Old Third Ward was destroyed. This Mass is in the Amphitheater area is free until 1 pm, and the grounds open after mass concludes.
Don’t miss your chance to take part in this magnificent celebration of Italian culture from right here in Milwaukee!
